Technique.
Materials.
Vialux specialises in using high grade 316L stainless steel to make quality fashion jewellery. But we also have access to zinc alloy, brass, titanium and other base metals and materials.
Forming.
Our wide array of forming capabilities include: CNC 5/4/3/2 axis, CNC lathe, laser cutting, cold forging, hot forging, hydraulic stamping, wire cutting (slow/fast), lost wax casting, 3D metal printing.
Polishing.
Our polishing skills, experience, and quality control are class leading and produces a highly elevated product. All our products go through at least a 3 step polishing process that reduces imperfections and increases reflectiveness and clarity.
Plating.
We offer real precious metal PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) and electro plating in a wide array of standard colours including: 23k gold, 18k gold, 14k gold, rose gold, rhodium, palladium, black, gun metal, blue, purple, iridescent etc.
Assembling.
We have the capability to add many different materials onto our products including: crystals, gem stones, resins, weave textures, beads, leathers, and any ancillary required.
Inspection.
To ensure our products are up to standard we have stringent incoming and outgoing inspections, as well as numerous in process inspections points. We are proud to have a sub 1% return rate.
